Roles and Permissions
The system comprises 3 primary roles:
Administrator
FWT Manager
FWT Guide
Administrator
This is a top-level role that has full access to all features and functionalities of the system. They are responsible for managing the overall operations of the system, including setting up and configuring the system, managing user accounts and permissions, and overseeing the performance of the system. 
This role should be used by the site owner or administrator.
FWT Manager
This role has read access to the rest of the site, but has full access to the FWT Booking system, such as creating and managin tours and bookings. 
This role cannot change website settings or manage users.
FWT Guide
This role has limited access to only the FWT Booking system. They can manage bookings and attendance, 
This role is purely for managing bookings and attendance.
